Really disappointed. This was my first time at Popeyes. It was a mixed experience:
1. The chicken had a great crunch and crispiness but really lacked in flavor
2. The biscuit was good but the list of ingredients in the honey was Honey, Corn Syrup, High Fructose Corn Syrup and Sugar. Strange that they add so much sugar to honey
3. They had something advertised on the big screen but it wasn't on the menu. I asked about it and they said they make it but were not helpful in explaining it so I passed on it
4. The place was clean. I will give them that for sure -

This place looks new and modern in a nice plaza, but there is almost no service. After waiting 10 minutes to place an order with no one even tending the register, had to leave. This is the second time I've had a bad experience here - too bad, I love their sides!

Well. Went to get the chicken sandwich, with no mayo as I usually do. The person at the drive through told me when I ordered that they can't "customize the sandwich like that". I said "you can't take the mayo off? Y'all have don't it before, are you serious? Who told you that?" He said "umm ugh the owner" I was like okay BYE!
Third time I've come here with such a weird and bad customer service experience.
The first time they forgot my drink and then gave me the wrong one when I went back
The second time they gave me the wrong order entirely. -

I drove an hour out of my way to get a Sandwich and get there to find out they are out. There was one car in the drive thru besides me. The kid at the window just seemed to have a 15 min long conversation with who ever it was, telling me to wait and ge would take my order in a min. 15 min later! I ordered a large side of Mash potatoes and gravy, they instead give me rice and beans. I tried calling however nobody would bother answering the phone. I literally let it ring for 30 min! Nobody would answer the phone! I dont think I will ever want to go back to this store. Worst fast food experience ever! Very disappointed!

Maybe I shouldn't write this review since I'm an ex-employee - but do not go here. Your food may be disappointing, but oh god is that only the tip of the iceberg of the trainwreck of disgusting activity going on inside this place.
